热处理对塑料注塑件冲击强度及微观结构影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究了热处理对PP、PE及PC冲击强度及微观结构的影响,从微观结构出发,分析了热处理对冲击强度的作用。实验结果表明:对于PP进行适宜热处理,可大幅度提高其冲击强度;对于PE进行热处理,对其冲击强度影响不显著;对于PC进行热处理可使其冲击强度明显下降。第一类宏观应力的消除是使PP冲击强度提高的主要原因,热处理是提高PP注塑件冲击强度最有效的方法之一。 The influences of heat treatment on impact strength and microstructure of PP,PE and PC were studied. The effccts of heat treatment on impact strength were analysized in view ofmicrostruture. The experiment results showed the impact strength of properly heat-treated PP was significantly increased, the impact strength of heat treated PE was not much influenced and the impact strength of heat treated PC was obviously decreased. The elimination of PP macrostress was the main cause for increasing PP impact strength. Heat treatment was one of the most effective measures for increasing the impact strength of PP injection moulded parts.
