摘要
为从黑鲷季节变化规律中循找其饵料配置的科学依据,试验研究了黑鲷胃、肠及肝胰脏中蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶等3种主要消化酶在不同季节、不同反应温度下的活力变化.酶学分析结果表明:夏、冬两季3种主要消化酶活力变化趋势基本相似,均为冬季比夏季低,其中蛋白酶的活力冬季比夏季低1个数量级,淀粉酶的活力冬季比夏季低1.2~1.8倍,脂肪酶的活力冬季比夏季低3.3~8.4倍.这可能是由于温度的影响所致.在一定反应温度范围内,黑鲷蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活力随反应温度的升高而增大,其最适反应温度分别为50℃,40℃和30℃.
The variation of digestive enzyme activities in the stomach, intestine and hepatopancreas in Sparus macrocephalus in different seasons and different reaction temperatures was studied. The results showed that the changes of activity of the three enzymes were generally similar-all the enzyme activities in winter were lower than those in summer. The activity of protease in winter was an order of magnitude lower than that in summer, and the activities of amylase and lipase were about 1.2- 1.8 times and 3.3-8.4 times lower, respectively, which was possibly caused by the drop in temperature. In the specific range of reaction temperature, the higher the reaction temperature was, the higher the activities of protease, amylase and lipase were. The optimum reaction temperature of protease, amylase and lipase activity in Sparus macrocephalus were 50℃, 40℃ and 30℃ respectively.
