摘要
目的观察盆腔异位子宫内膜中肌纤维母细胞(MFB)的表达。方法采用免疫组织化学方法对44例盆腔子宫内膜异位症手术切除组织行α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(-αSMA)染色,4例异位子宫内膜及2例在位子宫内膜行透射电子显微镜检查。结果-αSMA异位子宫内膜86.4%(38/44)MFB阳性,同一病人在位子宫内膜18.2%(8/44)MFB阳性,电镜证实异位子宫内膜、在位子宫内膜中存在MFB。结论MFB在盆腔子宫内膜异位症中起一定的作用。
Objective To observe the expression of myofibroblast in ectopic endometrium in the pelvis. Methods The expression of α-smooth muscle actin（a-SMA） α-SMA by immunohistochemistry was detected in 44 cases of pelvic endometriosis. Four cases of ectopic endometrium and two cases of eutopic endometrium were examined by transmission electron microscope. Results The positive expression of α-SMA in ectopic endometrium was 86.4% （38/44） and 18.2% （8/44） in eutopic endometrium. Conclusion Myofibroblast existed in ectopic and eutopic endometrium was identified with transmission electron microscope. Myofibroblast plays a certain role in the pathogenesis of pelvic endometriosis.
