摘要
目的:探讨从补肾通督论治颈椎病的机理。方法:通过对颈椎病的病位、病因病机、证候特征进行分析,认为颈椎病发病的物质基础与颈项部的皮肉筋脉柱骨及与之相关的脑脊髓的结构和功能受损密切相关;肾气亏虚、筋骨劳损、寒湿痹阻是颈椎病发病的病机关键;督阳亏虚、脉络瘀阻是颈椎病发病的经络学基础。结论:从补肾通督论治颈椎病具有确切的理论和实践基础,是治疗该病的重要途径。
Objective：to evaluate the mechanism of cervical syndrome treatment using the method of benefiting kidney and dredging du meridian.Method：through the analysis of the pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis and local pathological changes,we think that the pathogenesis of this disease is closely related to cervical muscle and tissues、arterial blood supply,cervical spinal column and disc pathological changes and cerebrospinal histo-phisiological pathologies;the Key pathogenesis of cervical diseases pathologies is the kidney deficiency,muscle strain and cold-damp obstructing collaterals、the yang deficiency of the Du meridian and blockage of meridians and collaterals.Conclusion： the treatment of cervical disease pathologies using the method of benefiting the kidney and dredging the Du meridian has the clear theoretical and clinical basis.This method is an important way to treat cervical disease syndrome.
