摘要
椎动脉型颈椎病是由于椎动脉受到压迫和刺激导致的供血不足,引起一系列临床症状。其发病原因较多,患者症状多样,主要包括头面部症状,如偏头痛、耳鸣、听力减退、眩晕等,部分患者还会出现视力障碍等,严重地影响患者的生活质量。目前临床对椎动脉型颈椎病的治疗方法较多,包括西医药物治疗、西医手术治疗、中医药物治疗、中医按摩治疗、中医针灸治疗等。其中中医针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病已有较长的历史,且取得了较好的效果。本文对针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病进行了综述,以供学者参考和借鉴。
