摘要
本文阐述了糜子籽粒灌浆的一般过程,并指出:粒重较大的品种灌浆速度明显高于粒重较小的品种,而灌浆历期无重要的差别。灌浆速度易受温度的影响,但是,同一品种在不同温度条件下,速度与时间具互补作用,使粒重保持在相似的水平上。穗重的差别亦取决于其增重速度而不是增重历期。不论穗重大小,同一品种千粒重相同,因此认为穗粒数是构成穗粒重的决定因素。
In this paper,the general process of grain filling in broomcorn millet(Panicummiliaceum)was described.And it showed that the rate of grain filling is conspicuouslyhigher in varieties with heavy grain than in those with light grain,but the differences of fil-ling duration are not significant.The filling rate changes easily with variations of tempera-ture.When a variety grew under different temperatures,a complementary interactioncould be observed between the rate and duration of filling,resulting in the grain weights atsimilar levels.Differences in panicle weight are associated with differences in rate ratherthan in duration of weight increasing.Whatever the panicle weight might be,abroomcorn millet variety has a definte 1000-grain weight,and so grain number per panicleis a decisive factor constituting grain weight per panicle.
