春小麦籽粒灌浆特性及其对产量构成因素的影响

GRAIN FILLING CHARACTERISTICS OF SPRING WHEAT AND THEIR EFFECTS ON YIELD COMPONENTS

摘要 大田正常灌水和半干旱模拟对比试验结果,初步确定适合于旱地直接或间接鉴定春小麦抗旱性的灌浆指标及遗传力为:灌浆强度0.669,充实指数0.901,百粒最大体积0.941,成熟籽粒体积0.823,持续天数为0.805。其中,灌浆强度、百粒最大体积、成熟籽粒体积与抗旱性呈极显著负相关;充实指数,持续天数与抗旱性星显著正相关。在旱地条件下,抗旱春小麦品种的单株分蘖力强、穗粒密度小、粒小、灌浆过程平稳、经济系数高。 The comparison experiment between normal irrigation and simulant semiarid were conducted. The results showed that the grain filling characteristics to identify drought resistance directely or indirectely in rainfed spring wheat were grain filling intensity, filling index, maximun size of 100-grain, size of ripe grain and filling duration. The heritability of above-mentioned characteristics were 0.669, 0.901, 0.941, 0.823 and 0.805 respectively. Grain filling intensity, maximum size of 100-grain and size of ripe grain were significantly negatively correlated with drought resistance; filling dex and filling duration were significantly positively correlated with drought resistance. Under rainfed conditions, the wheat varieties tolerant to drought owned high single plant filling ability, low spikelet density, small grain, stable filling process and high harvest index.
