摘要
目的:制备以左氧氟沙星和替硝唑为主药的阴道栓并建立质量控制方法。方法:以明胶、甘油为基质,用热融法制备。采用双波长法测定栓剂中左氧氟沙星和替硝唑的含量。结果:该品无刺激性,稳定性好,能满足临床需要。结论:制备方法简便易行;测定方法准确,回收率高。
Objective：To prepare the vaginal suppository consisting of levofloxacin and tinidazole and to establish quality control. Methods： Production is finished with the melting by excipient of gelatin and glycerine. The contents of the levofloxacin and tinidazole in suppository are determined by dual wavelength spectrophotometry. Results： The suppository has good stability and no stimulation. It can meet clinical requirement. Conclusion：The method of preparation is simple and feasible, The method of assay is accurate.
