摘要
首先合成了醋酸纤维素,涂渍修饰硅胶,得到涂渍型高效液相色谱固定相,在40 MPa压力下装入色谱柱。在高效液相色谱正相色谱条件下,分别对4种芳香族含氮化合物、3种芳香族含卤化合物进行了分离,在所选择的色谱条件下,都达到了基线分离,效果良好。应用该色谱固定相,可以实现芳香族化合物的分离。
Cellulose triacetate was synthesized and coated on modified silica gel as stationary phase for HPLC. It was packed into column 250mm × 4.6mm i.d. under the pressure of 40MPa. In the normal phase of high performance liquid chromatography, seven aromatic compounds were separated well on this column. The stationary phase can be applied in the separation of aromatic compounds.
