摘要
本试验采用正交设计,在不同的药物处理,疗程、剂量和感染时间等多种因素作用下,以感染率,囊重(抑制率),囊数及包虫囊病理改变为评价指标,观察了联合应用阿苯达唑(Alb)与吡喹酮(Pra)治疗小鼠腹腔感染的原头节及包虫囊的效果。结果表明:联合用药无论对感染的原头节还是发育的包虫囊均有明显疗效,优于单一用药,而且在原头节感染早期用药的效果较优,这一结果对临床化疗有一定意义。
The method of orthgoonal design wad adopted in the experiment,and multiple factors including different chemotherapy,course of treatment, dosage and period of infection were introduced onto the study .Multiple indexes such as infection rate.cyst weigth(inhibition rate).cyst number and pathological change of cyst were used to evaluate effects of single or combination chemotherapy with albendazole(Alb)and prazi-quantel(Pra)against protoscoleces and hydatid cysts in mice .Chemotherapy was divided tnto control ,Alb ,Pra,and Alb+Pra;Duration of therapy was divided into 2.4.6.8 weeks:Dosage was divided into dose 1:Alb200,Pra 500,Alb 200+Pra 500 mg/kg·d and dose 2:Alb 300.Pra 750 ,Alb 300 +Pra 750 mg/kg·d;period of infection was divided into the lst day and 4 weeks after inoculation .In the first study.chemotherapy of in -fected mice was begun in the lst day and 4 weeks after inoculation.All animals were killed 6 months after in-oculation.In the seeond study ,chemotherapy of infected mice was begun 5 months after inoculation.All ani -mls were killed 7. 5 months after inoculation .The experiment shows that 1.Combination chemotherapy of al -bendazole and praziqantel against protoscleces and hydatid cysts is more effective than either agent alone .2.The effect of therapy beginning at etirly period of protoscoleces infection is superior to late period.3.Effectsof therapy enhance with the increasement of dose and continuation of course,and course of treatment had more influence on effect of therapy.
