摘要
目的 :探讨小青龙汤治疗哮喘的作用机制。方法 :观察了小青龙汤对哮喘大鼠模型ET1和NO水平以及病理组织的影响。结果 :小青龙汤能降低大鼠哮喘模型血清NO及肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中ET1水平 ;病理组织学观察显示 ,小青龙汤能改善粘膜水肿、管腔阻塞程度 ,其阻断基层细胞增生和平滑肌增厚的作用优于氨茶碱组。结论 :抑制ET 1的分泌及内源性NO的合成 ,改善气道高反应性和气道重塑 ,可能是该方治疗支气管哮喘的作用机制之一。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in treating the asthmatic rat. Methods: The levels of endothelin-1 (ET-1) and nitric oxide (NO) express in serum and bronchoalveolar Lavage fluid (BALF) were tested as well as the pathologic histology. Results: Xiaoqinglong Decoction remarkably decreased the level of NO in serum and the ET-1 in BALF. Xiaoqinglong Decoction ameliorated the mucosal edema and the degree of tube emphraxis. It had the more effective function of blocking cellular proliferation of the foot layer and ameliorating the airway hyperresponsiveness and inhibiting the airway recombinative repair than aminophylline. Conclusion: Xiaoqinglong Decoction could antagonize the excessive secretion of ET-1 and the synthesis of NO and ameliorate the airway hyperresponsiveness and the airway recombinative repair, It may be that one of the mechanisms of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in treating the asthmatic rat.
