摘要
为充分利用大坝群迅速增长的海量监测数据,对大坝安全监控提供更强的决策支持,探讨以数据仓库作为基础分析平台,开发具有管理决策功能的新型大坝群决策系统。同时,结合大坝安全评价专家系统,利用现代网络、数据挖掘等技术,以提高系统在线决策分析的实时性与准确性。
In order to fully utilize the rapid increasing abundant monitoring data of dam group and to provide the stronger decision-making support fordam safety monitoring, data warehouse is discussedas the baseplatformand the new-style decision-making systemwith the functions of management and decision-makingfordam groupis developed. Combined with the dam safety appraisalexpert system, the real-time qualityand the accuracy of on-line decision-making and analysis of the system are improved greatly by use of modern technology of Internetand data mining etc.
