大坝安全监控的内容可以分为以下几个方面:大坝安全监测仪器和技术方法的研究;观测资料的误差处理与分析;观测资料的正分析;观测资料与大坝结构性态的反分析;大坝安全综合评判与决策;大坝安全监控智能系统的开发和研究等。各个方面的研究相互联系,构成大坝安全监控理论与技术的框架体系。本文将分别对大坝及土石坝安全监控的研究现状及动态进行阐述和总结。
The content of dam safety monitoring and controlling can be divided into several parts as following, it includes study on the dam safety monitoring instrument and technical methods, error management of observational data and analysis, normal analysis on observational data, back analysis on observational and dam structure condition, dam safety comprehensive judgement and decision, development and study on dam safety intellectualized system and so on. The study above on every aspect has interacted each other, which construct the frame of dam safety monitoring and controlling theory and technology.
