摘要
大坝安全综合评价专家系统是着重综合应用大坝安全监测领域内专家的经验性知识 ,经知识工程师的整编归纳和编译 ,再通过计算机来实现对大坝安全状况作出综合分析、评价和辅助决策的推理过程 .本文论述了大坝安全综合评价专家系统的目标、总体结构。
The dam safety comprehensive appraisal expert system is designed to apply the empirical knowledge of experts in the field of dam safety monitoring which is reorganized and compiled by knowledge experts in a process of inference to perform computer based comprehensive analysis, appraisal and auxiliary decision making on dam safety. The objective, overall structure and specialty general constitution as well as the network are also discussed.
