摘要
对９例施行瓣膜置换术（ＶＲ）的患者，在术前和术后早期（１０天）分别采用彩色多普勒超声心动图（Ｄ－ＵＣＧ）和无创心功能仪两项技术进行了心功能检测。结果发现，术后早期心功能有一定程度的改善，各项指标中以彩超射血分数（ＥＦ）、左室短轴缩短率（△Ｄ％）、Ｅ峰加速度（ＥＡＣ）以及无创心功能仪心肌收缩指数（ＨＩ）、等容收缩时间（ＩＣＴ）、和颈动脉搏动图切迹垂直高度与顶峰垂直高度比值（ＰＩ／ＰＣ）为敏感和有效指标，两种无创技术检测的左室收缩和泵血功能参数中以射血时间（ＥＴ）相关性最好（ｒ＝０．４１６，Ｐ＜０．１０）。
The paper reported the cardiac function assay with Doppler ultrasound cardiogram (D UCG) and non invasive cardiac function monitoring instrument in 9 patients before and shortly after valve replacement.The results increased at the early stage after operation; Of all the indexes the sensitive and valid ones were EF,△D% ,EAC in D UCG and HI,PI/PC ,ICT in non invasive cardiac function monitoring instrument;The best of correlations of the left ventricular functional indexes by the two non invasive techniques was ET,r=0.416, P <0.10.
