摘要
目的:建立茶色素注射液中没食子酸含量的测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18,流动相为乙酸-甲 醇-二甲基甲酰胺-水(2:8:30:160),检测波长为280nm,流速为0.5ml/min,柱温为20℃。结果:没食子酸检测浓度在8.4- 92.4μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9 997),平均加样回收率为99.13%(RSD=1.55%)。结论:本方法特异性、灵敏度、精密 度、回收率高,重现性好,可为茶色素注射液质量标准的制订提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To develop a method for the determination of gallic acid in tea pigment injection. METHODS: RP - HLPC method was adopted in which the separation of gallic acid was performed on C18 chromatographic column with a column temperature of 20℃ ; the mobile phase was composed of acetic acid -MeOH -DMF -H2O(2 : 8 : 30 : 160) with a flow rate of 0.5ml/min and detection wavelength of 280nm.RESULTS: The linear range of gallic acid was 8.4-92.4μg/ml(r = 0.9 997), the average recovery rate was 99.13% (RSD = 1.55% ) .CONCLUSION:The method developed in the present study is of high specificity, sensitivity, precision, recovery and reproducibility and it can provide a basis for the formulation of quality comrol method for tea pigment injection.
