摘要
综述近年来茶色素在药理和临床研究方面的研究进展。研究表明 ,茶色素具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化、免疫及抗肿瘤活性 。
The recent advances in pharmacological and clinical researches on tea pigment were reviewed. It was proved that tea pigment possessed potent antibacterial and antiviral activities and significant effects in antioxidation, immunization, antitumor and reduction of blood sugar and serum lipid levels, and especially in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
