摘要
目的:通过反相HPLC法测定"肝立宁"胶囊中槲皮素的含量,以建立"肝立宁"胶囊的质量控制方法(定量部分)。方法:采用反相HPLC法测定"肝立宁"胶囊中槲皮素的含量。色谱柱:KROMASIL C18(4.6mmID×20cm,5u),流动相:甲醇-0.4％磷酸(60:40),流速:0.8ml／min,柱温:30℃,检测波长:360nm。结果:按选定的方法进行测定,测得三批"肝立宁"胶囊含量平均为0.35％,平均加样回收率为99.28％,RSD为2.91％。结论:该方法简单易行,准确灵敏,可用于"肝立宁"胶囊的质量控制,胶囊中槲皮素含量暂定为不得低于0.30％。
Aim : To establish the quality standard (part of quantitative determination) for GanLiNing Capsule, by determining quercetin in GanLiNing Capsule by RP - HPLC. Methods : RP - HPLC was applied. The column were: KRO-MASILC18 (4.6mmID×20cm, 5u), the mobile phase were: MeOH- 0.4%H3PO4(60:40), the flow rate were:0. 8ml/ min; detector:UV 360nm; column temperature;30℃ . Results : the average quercetin quantities were 0.35% . The average recovery relative standard deviation were 99.28 % and 2.91% respectively. Conclusion : the established method is accuracy, sensitive and simple, and it can be used to controlling the quality of GanLiNing Capsule. The quantities of quercetin in it were currently determined as no less than 0.30% .
