促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子在Meynert基底核中对大鼠学习记忆的影响(英文) 被引量:2

摘要 为了探讨Meynert基底核内促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子对学习记忆的影响,本实验采用脑内埋管微量注射技术,把促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子(0,0.01,0.1和0.4nmol四个剂量组)分别注入大鼠双侧的Meynert基底核内,采用Morris水迷宫对大鼠进行空间辨别性学习记忆能力的测试。结果发现:0.1和0.4nmol剂量促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子均能使大鼠训练时寻找平台的时间(逃避潜伏期)延长,第12d的空间探索试验,0.1和0.4nmol剂量组的大鼠找到平台的时间也显著延长。结果提示:促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子在Meynert基底核内可损害大鼠的空间辨别性学习能力和记忆的巩固。 The present study was performed to explore the role of corticotropin releasing factor (CRF) in the nucleus basalls of Meynert (NBM) in spatial learning and memory of rats. The latency, distance and swimming path to find the platform were measured by Morris water maze after intra-NBM injections of 0, 0.01, 0. 1 and 0.4 nmol of CRF. Intra-NBM injections of 0.1 or 0.4 nmol of CRF induced significant inerease of the latency for spatial learning and memory, and there were no significant changes in the swimming speed in Morris water maze test. The results suggest that CRF plays an inhibitory role in spatial learning and memory consolidation in the NBM of rats.
