The Effect of Butachlor on Spatial Memory in Mouse

摘要 以除草剂丁草胺溶液为染毒药物,以小鼠为实验对象,利用Morris水迷宫系统研究了丁草胺对小鼠的急性致死效应和空间记忆能力的影响.实验结果表明:丁草胺对小鼠的LD。为22.74mg/kg(95%的置信区间为15.17~34.52mg/kg).除个别低剂量处理组外,大部分的丁草胺处理组的平均潜伏逃避时间、平均游泳距离都明显长于空白对照组,而且均达到了差异显著水平(P〈O.05)或差异极显著水平(P〈O.01或P〈O.001).实验还发现不同的入水次序和入水象限对小鼠的空间记忆能力有较大的影响.在第1象限(目标象限)入水和第4入水次序时,小鼠的平均逃避潜伏时间和平均游泳距离均较短. The pesticide (Butachlor) solution was taken as the target poison and mouse was taken as the experimental animal. The effects of Butachlor on lethal effect and spatial memory in mice were studied. The results showed that the LDs0 of Butaehlor on mouse was 22.74 mg/kg(the 95% Confidence Limits were 15.17-34.52 mg/kg). The average escape latency times and average swimming distances of every groups that were treated with Butachlor except few groups treated with lowest dose Butaehlor were longer than the contrast groups. And there were signifi- cant difference between the experimental groups and contrast group (/0〈0.05 or P〈0.01 or/9〈0.001). We also found that average escape latency and the average swimming distance were affected strongly by the different test orders and different test quadrants of dropping into the water. In the first quadrant (target quadrant) or the fourth order, the average escape latency and the average swimming distance were less than other quadrants or orders.
