摘要
目的探讨卡介菌多糖核酸(BCGPSN)对尖锐湿疣(CA)患者外周血单一核细胞(PBMC)表达CD40和CD40L的影响。方法利用流式细胞仪对CA患者BCGPSN组和对照组治疗前后及正常人PBMC中CD40和CD40L进行检测。结果治疗前CA患者PBMC中CD40和CD40L阳性细胞数较正常人显著降低(t=5.385,P<0.05;t=3.418,P<0.05);BCGPSN组治疗后PBMC中CD40和CD40L的阳性细胞百分数较治疗前显著升高(t=7.764,P<0.05;t=17.24,P<0.05);而对照组治疗前后CD40和CD40L水平差异无显著性,且复发率高于BCGPSN组。结论BCGPSN对CA患者PBMC的CD40和CD40L表达可能有调节作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of BCG-polysaccharides nucleic acid (BCG -PSN) on the expression of CD40 and CD40 ligand (CD40L) in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA). Methods Flow cvtometric analysis was employed to identify the expression of CD40 and CD40L on PBMC in CA patients (before and after treatment with or without BCG-PSN) and normal people. Results Before treatment,the expression of CD40 or CD40L in CA patients was significantly hower than that in the normal people (t = 5. 385,P 〈 0. 05 and t = 3. 418,P 〈 0. 05, respectively). After treatment ,the levels of CD40 and CD40L in the BCG-PSN group were significantly increased ( t = 7. 764, P 〈 0.05 and t = 17. 241 ,P 〈0.05, respectively ) ;There was no significant change in the control group,and the recurrence rate was higher than that in the BCG-PSN group. Conclusion BCG-PSN can adjust the expression of CD40 and CD40L in the CA patients.
