摘要
精制卡介菌多糖、核酸采用热酚法去掉菌体蛋白质,提取多糖、核酸而成,是一种免疫调节剂,通过调节机体内的细胞免疫、体液免疫,刺激网状皮内体统,激活单核-巨噬细胞功能来增强机体抗病能力。由其制成的制剂可广泛用于皮肤疾病、呼吸系统疾病、五官科疾病、肿瘤和传染病等。近年来,卡介菌多糖核酸(BCG-PSN)被广泛与其他物理方法、药物联合应用在皮肤科临床治疗中。由临床实验观察统计的数据可知,其联合应用在治疗多种皮肤疾病时都取得了较好的疗效。尤其是对尖锐湿疣的治疗及预防复发的联合治疗中取得了一定的经验和成功。
BCG-PSN is made through thermal phenol method taking out of bacteria protein and extracting polysaccharides and nucleic acids.It is an immune regulator.It can enhance the body resistance to disease by regulating the body＇s cellular immunity,humeral immunity,stimulating the decency mesh skin,and activating a single nuclear-macrophage function.The products can be widely used to treat skin diseases,respiratory diseases,ENT diseases,cancer and infectious diseases.In recent years,BCG-PSN is widely used with other physical methods and other drugs in clinical treatment in dermatology.Observed clinical trial data showed that the combination in the treatment of various skin diseases has achieved a good effect,especially for the treatment of genital warts and prevent recurrence of the combination therapy achieving a certain amount of experience and success.
