摘要
CD40分子能表达于多种细胞的表面,它与其天然配体CD40L相结合在介导免疫细胞的成熟、活化及免疫效应中起着重要作用。CD40-CD40L信号转导途径的异常可致机体产生病理性免疫反应。在皮肤科领域,CD40-CD40L相互作用参与了机体免疫性、炎症性、感染性及肿瘤性皮肤病的发生和发展。
As a surface antigen, CD40 is expressed on many kinds of cells, and the binding of it with its natural ligand CD40L plays important roles in the mediation of maturation, activation, and exertion of immunological effect of immunocompetant cells. The abnormity of CD40-CD40L signal pathway will result in pathological immunoreactions. In dermatology field, the interaction of CD40-CD40L is involved in the occurrence and development of immunologic, infiammatorv, infectious and tumorous dermatoses.
