摘要
针对真实细胞与细胞球形模型在实际光散射法检测中的差异,根据细胞的类别特征,建立了有核细胞的双椭球模型取代了细胞的球形模型;引入形体参数物理特征量和胞质厚度特征参数,以瑞利-德拜-甘斯(Rayleigh-Debye-Gans)理论为基础,系统讨论了形体变化和胞质厚度变化对细胞光散射幅值分布的动态影响;应用Matlab软件对其影响进行了数值计算,分别建立了细胞形体参数物理特征量和胞质厚度特征参数变化对细胞光散射幅值分布函数影响的线性数学关系和非线性数学关系,并由此关系提出了相关的修正方法,为有效地提升细胞分析的技术水平和提高细胞检测结果的准确性提供了理论依据。
Considering the differences between the real cell and their spheroid model for the scattering detection of cells, a new double-elliptic body model is proposed based on the sort character of cells in which the spheroid model is replaced, meanwhile, the physical parameters of the cell's body shape and cytoplast's thickness are introduced, from the Rayleigh-Debye-Gans's theory, their dynamical influencing upon the light scattering is analyzed carefully after numerical calculating by using Matlab technology according to the new model. Therefore, the linearity affection relation and non-linearity affection relation of the scattering function for the changing of cell body and cytoplast thickness are respectively set up; finally, the modified method of it is set up in the measurements of the cell' size distribution which can improve the techniques of cell's measurement.
