摘要
颗粒测量在工业生产中体现出越来越重要的价值。石化行业通过对催化剂颗粒的测量可以保证催化装置中烟气轮机的安全运行。为了满足市场的需求,本文在颗粒监测仪器硬件基础上,利用VB开发了软件应用系统,其操作方便,调试准确灵活,分析查询手段丰富,运行稳定可靠。该软件已用于上海炼油厂在线监测。
The particle measurements show more and more important value in the industry production. The petrifaction industry ensures the safety running of the turbine in the catalyzing set through measuring the catalyzer 's particle. This article program the application based on the former hardware of the Particle Measurement Instrument by VB. The application software has many advantage, included convenient operation, handy adjustment methods, comprehensive analysis and query tools, stability and reliability. This software has been used on the online measuring in Shanghai refinery.
