摘要
目的探讨吸入性糖皮质激素(ICS)对哮喘重塑模型呼吸道转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达的影响。方法雄性豚鼠108只,随机分为哮喘发作组(A组)、治疗组(B组)、对照组(C组),每组各36只,分别予以卵蛋白、布地奈德、生理盐水处理,在每个时点末次激发后24h处死,留取肺组织,检测表达TGF-β1的细胞百分率。结果在12周时各组呼吸道TGF-β1表达.A组(41.83±1045)%,B组(2722±809)%,C组(1536±2.64)%,两两对照均有显著差异(P<0.05)。在首次激发24h后各组呼吸道TGF-β1表达分别为(1189±2.75)%,(10.37±3.14)%,(12.18±3.06)%,两两对照均无显著差异(P>0.05).直到激发4周后各组TGF-β1表达才出现显著差异。结论ICS能降低哮喘重塑模型呼吸道TGF-β1表达,但这种作用是不完全的。
Objective To investigate the role of inhaled corticosteroids(ICS) on transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)of asthmatic remodeling model.Methods One hundred and eight guinea pigs were divided into 3 groups randomly and equally;asthmatic group(A),therapeutic group(B),control group(C).Three groups were treated by ovalburnin,budesonide,normal saline respectively.The lung tissue specimens were collected after the guinea pigs were killed; the expression of TGF-β1 was determined.results The expressions of TGF-β1 in A.B and C groups were(41.83±10.45)%,(15.36±2.64)% respectively at 12 weeks.It was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion ICS can prevent airway TGF-β1 expression of asthmatic remodeling model.but it is not complete.
