哮喘大鼠呼吸道重塑的病理学改变及地塞米松的干预作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨哮喘SD大鼠呼吸道重塑的病理学改变及地塞米松(Dex)的干预作用。方法制作卵蛋白致敏SD大鼠哮喘模型组和Dex干预组,用评分法比较各组动物哮喘的发作程度;观察呼吸道重塑的结构改变及Dex对其干预作用。结果Dex干预组哮喘发作程度明显轻于哮喘组;哮喘组SD大鼠不仅存在呼吸道重塑,肺间质组织结构改变也较明显。Dex干预组上皮层、黏膜下和平滑肌层厚度与模型组比较无显著性差异,胶原沉积面积轻于模型组,高于正常对照组。结论SD大鼠经卵蛋白致敏及反复激发可建立理想的哮喘模型,Dex虽能明显减轻大鼠哮喘发作程度和呼吸道炎症,但对已形成的呼吸道重塑尚不能逆转。 Objective To explore the pathological change of airway remodeling in asthmatic rats and the interference effect of dexamethasone(Dex).Methods SD rats were divided into normal group,model group and Dex group.Asthmatic rat models were established by repeated ovalbumin sensition and challenges.The severity of asthma among 3 groups were compared by score.The construction chang of airway remodeling and the interference effect of Dex were observed by general pathological examination.Results The severity of asthma in Dex group were obviously decreased;The depth of airway epithium,smooth muscle and submucosa of model group were significant higher than that of control group, but no significant difference compared with Dex group.The area of collagen deposition in Dex group was obviously alleviated, but still higher than that of control group.Conclusions Sensitized SD rats following repeated allergen challenges can be used to establish ideal asthmatic model,Dex can obviously alleviated the severity of asthma and the inflammation, but the remodeling changes are not markedly reversed.
