SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF TRACE COPPERIN CHINESE MEDICINES USING DIETHYLDITHIOCABAMATE

摘要 研究了铜试剂光度法测定中成药中微量铜,在pH9~11条件下,铜试剂与铜、OP形成三元配合物,其最大吸收波长443nm,铜含量在0028~470μg/ml范围内遵从比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为132×103m2/mol,研究了多种共存离子的影响及其干扰的消除方法,应用于红花、赤芍、施尔康中铜的测定,取得了满意的结果。 A spectrophotometric determination of trace copper in chinese medicines using the diethyldithiocarbamate (DDTC) was inrestigated In the pH range of 9 to 11,copper reacts with DDTC and OP to form a ternary complex with λ max 443nm and ε 433 1 32×10 3m 2 mol -1 Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0 028 to 4 70 μg copper(Ⅱ) per mL Effect of coesisting ions on determination of copper and elimination of interference of some metal ions were studied Satisfactory results have been achieved in applying the method to the spectrophotometricdetermination of trace copper in Chinese medicines such as safflower,chishao and shierkang
