采用分光光度法,用二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠测定饮料中微量铜。最大吸收波长为 440nm,相对标准偏差为 0.8%-1.9%,回收率为 96%-103%。该法分析灵敏度高,选择性好。
To Measure the Copper in Beverage with sodium diethyldithiocarba mape by meana of spectrophotometer. The maximum absorption wavelength is at 440 nm .RSD (relative standard deviation) is 0.8%-1.9%.The recovery rale ranged from 96% to 103%.This way is high sensitive and selective.
