摘要
啤酒大麦器官建成过程的观测，是从大田种植的优质啤酒大麦种子荫发时开始的，当种子萌芽时，定时取样株、用解剖法系统观测地上部主要器官的开始伸长期、基本定型期、完全建成期，并根据其器官建成与叶龄对应关系，借直观叶龄指导生产，实施促、控措施，以期建立合理的生产结构，获得高产优质高效的啤麦产品。
The process of beer barley's organic formation started in germination of seed, regular sampling the plant of barley. Beginning growing period of the main aboveground organs, basic shaped period and perfect formation were observed, in order to instruct production, to carry out the hasting and controlling measures by leaf's growing period based on the correspounding relationship between organ's formation and leaf's growing period, to establish a reasonable productive conclusion, to obtain the product of high yield, excellent quality and high effect beer barley.
