摘要
本文探讨了锦纶6POY在纺丝过程中,诸多因素对其条干不匀率的影响。结果表明:侧吹风速度在0.40～0.60m/s、风温在20～24℃、集束位置适中、上油均匀、兔子头完好等有利于减小POY的条干不匀率。
The effects on yarn uneveness during the spinning of Nylon 6 POY production are studied.The result shows that it is helpful to drop POY unevenness in condition of quenching air speed:0.40～0.60m/s;air temperature:20～24℃;suitable collection posstion,uniformity oil pick take and scatheless traversse guide.
