电子商务信任演化影响因素的跨国分析 被引量:3

摘要 电子商务信任的演化与建立,受到国际经济环境和各国国内环境以及政府政策与法规的影响。其中,对B2B电子商务信任的演化与建立的影响,更多地来自全球竞争环境的“压力”;而对B2C电子商务信任演化与建立的影响,更多来自各国国内消费市场环境的“拉力”。在对电子商务演化与建立影响因素进行分析的基础上,对我国的有关发展战略提出了思考和建议。
