摘要
分析了网络协同商务链的原理 ,讨论了在全球竞争环境下企业协同生存的关键所在 ;提出了网络协同商务链体系结构 ;利用系统论和控制论原理 ,对实现商务链的内在机制 :动态博弈的双赢策略。
In the paper, the connection of NCCC (network cooperative commerce chain) is analyzed, and the key that cooperate with survive of enterprises under the circumstance of global competition. Presents system structure of trans-organization for NCCC is put forward. The internal mechanism of the system of integrated commerce chain: strategy double-win of dynamic game, plus feedback is researched, using the theory of system and control.
