摘要
通过分析电子商务和 ERP 建设过程中存在的问题，提出将二者进行整合的途径与技术，进而实现电子商务与 ERP 等企业内部资源各部分管理系统的有机融合，促进企业信息化转型。
Through the analysis of the electronic commerce and the problems existing in the construction process of ERP, proposed the integration of the two methods and technology, and then realize the organic integration of e-commerce and ERP and other enterprise internal resources management system, and promote the transformation of enterprise information.
