摘要
采用SDS-PAGE技术对陕西汉中市引进和培育的42个小麦品种资源的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基组成进行了比较系统的分析。结果表明,在42份小麦种质资源材料中,G lu-1位点共有9种亚基类型,其中G lu-A 1位点有3种变异(N u ll、1、2*),分别占52%、40%和8%;G lu-B 1位点有3种变异(7+8、7+9、14+15),分别占25%、43%和32%;G lu-D 1位点有2种变异(2+12、5+10)。在所有的材料中,与优质有密切关系的2*亚基有3份(B 96214-3、邯3475、01046),可用于优质小麦育种。在G lu-D 1位点上与优质有关的5+10亚基占24%,与劣质密切相关的2+12亚基占76%,G lu-B 1位点没有发现优质亚基17+18。G lu-1位点的亚基组成类型有12种,其中亚基组成为N u ll,7+9,2+12的类型最多(26.2%);其次是N u ll,7+8,2+12和1,14+15,2+12的亚基组合类型(11.9%);1,7+8,2+12和N u ll,14+15,2+12亚基组成位居第三,这5种亚基组成的品种数量之和达到参试品种的69%。研究还表明,出自同一组合的材料在亚基组成上可能相同,也可能存在很大差异,在品质育种中不应简单地等同对待,而要做详细的生化和加工分析。
The study adopts the SDS-PAGE technology, the research makes a systemtic analysis on the HMW-GS composition of the 42 samples of wheat varieties cultivated in Hanzhong. It shows as the following: There are 9 different types of glutenin subunits at the loci of the Glu-1 among the 42 samples of Hanzhong wheat varieties, at the loci of GIu-A1 variations were Null(52%), 1(40%), 2^*(8%); At the loci of Glu-B1 variations were 7+8(25%), 7+9(43%), 14+15(32%) and at the loci of Dlu-D1 variations 2+12(76%), 5+10(24%). Among the varieties, 3 samples (B96214-3, Han3475 and 01046) have the gluten subunit 2^*, which is closely related to good-quality can be used for good-quality wheat breading. Good-quality subunit 17+18 is not found at the loci of Glu-D of varieties tested. At the loci of the Glu-1, there are 12 composition types of glutenin subunits, among which most are Null, 7+9, 2+12 (26.2%), the second is Null, 7+8, 2+12 and 1, 14+15, 2+12(11.9%); the third is 1, 7+8, 2+12 and Null, 14+15, 2+12. The research also indicates that the varieties from the same cross are possible to share similar or different compositions of gluten subunits, and they should not be treated equally in quality breeding, but be analysed in a particular bio-chemical and processing way.
