摘要
通过分析一套"中国春"("钱尼")染色体代换系的胚乳高分子量谷蛋白亚基和微量 SDS沉淀值表明:高分子量谷蛋白亚基受染色体1B 和1D 控制,可能与4B 染色体有关;本试验不能得知高分子量谷蛋白亚基受染色体1A 控制的情况;亚基3和9在一定条件下对沉淀值具有正效应。
21 Chinese Spring(Cheyenne)chromosome substitution lines were analysed on HMW glutenin subunits by SDS-PAGE and SDS sedimentation va- lue.The results indicate that HMW glutenin subunits are controlled by chro- mosomes lB and lD,may relate with chromosome 4B.There is no message for relation with chromosome lA in this study.Subunits 3 and 9 have a possitive effect on SDS sedimentation value under a definite condition.
