摘要
微波辅助萃取技术是近年来发展迅速的中药有效成分提取技术,与传统的中药活性成分提取技术相比,具有简便、快速高效、选择性强、能耗少和环境污染小等优点,因而越来越得到相关领域研究人员的关注。该文综述了近年来微波辅助萃取技术的原理、特点、影响微波萃取的主要因素、萃取装置及其在中药现代化中的研究进展。引用文献61篇。
Microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) is a rapidly developed new technology for extracting effective compounds from Chinese herbs. In comparison with the traditional extraction methods, MAE has many advantages such as convenience, rapidity, high extraction efficiency, good selectivity, low power consumption and low pollution. This review summarizes the theory, characteristics, main extraction parameters and equipments of MAE,its current research status and prospects in recent years. 61 references are cited.
