摘要
采用薄层扫描法测定乙肝康冲剂中大黄素的含量，方法简便，可靠，平均回收率为９６．１３％，相对标准偏差ＲＳＤ＝１．１６％（ｎ＝５）。
TLC-scanner method was developed for determination of emodin in Yi Gan KangGranule.This method is simple and accurate.The recovery rate is 96.13% and the relative standard devia-tion is 1.16% (n = 5).
