摘要
分析了新时期高职院校图书馆发展中存在的突出问题,并有针对性地提出了解决问题的对策,即优化馆藏结构、建立高质高效的采编工作机制、加强人力资源建设和开展多种形式的读者服务。
This paper analyzes on some obvious problems existing in the development of the higher professional colleges in the new period, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures such as optimizing the holdings structure, establishing the high-quality and high-efficiency acquisitioning and compiling mechanism, strengthening the construction of the human resource, and carrying out the service for readers with various forms, etc.
