摘要
介绍了供应链合作伙伴的定义及特点,并指出了企业间建立此关系的必然性。针对服装供应链核心企业,从伙伴需求分析、合作伙伴选择及关系确立、和伙伴关系管理与评估三个方面,对合作伙伴关系管理进行了分析,指出了服装供应链合作伙伴关系管理的方向。
The definition and characteristic of partners in supply chain is introduced in this paper firstly, The inevitability of building the relation among these enterprises is also point out simultaneously. Aiming at the core of apparel supply chain, the partnership management is analyzed by the analysis of partner demand, Selection & relation establishment of partners and management & assessment of partnership, The future orientation of the partnership management in apparel supply chain is indicated.
