摘要
由于服装供应链的复杂性以及市场需求的多变性,我国服装企业普遍面临着很多风险,而这些风险是服装供应链不稳定的重要原因。首先阐述了服装供应链所面临的各种风险,主要包括合作风险、信息风险、市场风险、外生风险等;然后设计了服装供应链风险管理框架,构建了服装供应链风险预警机制模型,阐述了服装供应链风险预警机制的具体步骤;最后提出服装供应链风险预警机制运行的关键问题,如风险预警指标的设计、指标权重的确定、预警判别标准等。
Owing to the complexity of apparel supply chain and variability of market demand,apparel manufactures in China face with many risks,which cause instable apparel supply chain.In this paper,the authors point out risks of apparel supply chain（ASM）,including cooperation risks,information risks,supply risks,demand risks,and environment risks.Based on the introduction of risks existed in ASM,this paper analyzes the risk management framework of ASM,focuses on the construction of risk earlywarning mechanism,and expounds its implementation procedures.Finally,some key issues in risk earlywarning mechanism of ASM operating are analyzed,such as design of index systems,determination of index weight and judgment criteria.
