以ClC-ODS(150mm×6.0mm,5μm)为色谱柱,V(甲醇)∶V(水)(φ=0.2%氨水溶液)=55∶45为流动相,其体积流量为0.8mL/min;用SPD-6AV紫外检测器检测波长为270nm,柱温为室温,灵敏度为0.16AUFS.实验表明,吡虫啉的线性方程为A=481586.1c-2381.26,r=0.9989,回收率为108%,RSD=2.56%;巴沙的线性方程为A=74333.36c-686.096,r=0.9975,回收率为106%,RSD=0.34%;吡虫啉的相对标准偏差RSD=0.187%,巴沙的相对标准偏差RSD=2.29%;并对流动相和检测波长进行了优化,确定了最佳的流动相和检测波长.
Taking method HPLC ODS-column, with methanol-water(0. 2% ammonia water solution) 55/45 as mobile phase with UV dection at 270 nm, and room temperature, the results were as follows: midacloprid's equation liner A =481 586. 1 c- 2 381, 26, related coefficient r =0.998 9, recyclable rate = 108 %, and RSD =2.56 % ; baycarb' s equation liner A =74 333.36c-686. 096, related coefficient r =0. 997 5, recyclable rate = 106 %, and RSD =0.34 %. The conclusion is: the method supplies scientific reference according to determination of Chonglingmie.
