摘要
利用醛基与羟胺在酸性条件下反应生成肟,采用高效液相色谱法间接测得乙二醛和乙醛的含量.色谱条件:色谱柱为VP-ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为纯水,流速1 mL/min,柱温40℃,进样量10μL,检测波长213 nm.乙二醛的线性相关系数为0.999 4,相对标准偏差为1.67%,检出限为4.7×10-5g/L,平均回收率为98.4%;乙醛的线性相关系数为1.0000,相对标准偏差为1.47%,检出限为5.0×10-5g/L,平均回收率为101.4%.
Oxime was formed through the reaction between aldehydes and hydroxylamineunder acidic condition. Ethane dial and acetaldehyde were determined by high performance liquid chromatography using VP-ODS (150 mm × 4.6 mm) column, and pure water as the mobile phase, 0.5 mL/min in flow velocity, the column condition was 40 ℃ the amount of sample was 10 μL, and the ultraviolet length was 213 nm. The liner correlation coefficient was 0. 999 4, the relative standard deviation was 1.67 %, and the detection limit was 4.7× 10^-5 g/L. The liner correlation coefficient was 1. 000 0, the relative standard deviation was 1.47 %, and the mass detection limit was 5.0 × 10^-5 g/L. The average recovery was 101.4 %.
