摘要
对从玉米皮中提取玉米黄色素的方法和工艺条件进行了系统研究,为玉米黄色素的开发、利用提供了理论依据。实验结果表明,以95%乙醇为提取剂,在料液比为1:10、温度为60℃、浸提时间为1.5 h、pH=3时,提取效果最佳,色素产率高、色质好。
The method and technology conditions of extraction of the yellow pigment from corn barn are studied systematically. The results show that the ideal extraction solvent is 95% alcohol, ten times of volume of extraction reagent as large as the weight of corn barn, extraction temperature at 60℃ for 1.5h and pH=3.At optimum condition,the extraction have high productivity of pigment and good quality pigment color.
