摘要
建立了高效液相色谱分离测定粘毛鼠尾草中一种新吉玛烷型倍半萜,3β,6β,8α-三乙酰氧基-4β,5α-环氧吉玛-1-烯的方法:采用Kromasil C18反相色谱柱,以甲醇-水(体积比75:25)为流动相,流速0.8mL/min,检测波长204nm,在10min内分离检测该倍半萜。结果 线性范围0.065~32.5μg,相关系数0.999,检出限0.01μg,平均回收率98%,RSD3.1%。测得粘毛鼠尾草全草石油醚提取物中该吉玛烷倍半萜的含量为20.9mg/g。
A simple, rapid and accurate high-performance liquid ehronlatographie technique coupled with photodiode array detection was developed for the determination of a new germacrane sesquiterpene, named 3β, 6β, 8α-triaeetoxy-4β, 5α -epoxygermaer- 1 (10) E-ene. HPLC was performed within 10 min on a Kromasil C is column (250 mm × 4.6 mm. i. d, 5μm) using methanol - water(75 : 25 by volume) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min, and 204 nm as the detection wavelength. The result showed that there was a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 065 - 32.5 μg with the correlation coefficient being 0. 999. The detection limit was 0.01 μg, and the mean recovery was 98% with a relative standard deviation of 3.6%. The content of germaerane sesquiterpene in the petroleum ether extract from the whole plant of Salvia robonvskii maxim was 20.9 mg/g.
