摘要
甘肃丹参鉴定为唇形科鼠尾草属植物甘西鼠尾草(SalviaprzewalskiMaxim).从干燥根乙醇提取物中分得9个化合物,经波谱分析和理化常数测定确定其结构为丹参酮I,丹参酮ⅡA,隐丹参酮,二氢丹参酮,羟基丹参酮,丹参酮ⅡB,紫丹参酮乙素,齐墩果酸和β-谷甾醇.
Nine compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the roots Salvia przewallskii maxim and identified as tanshinoneⅠ, tanshinoneⅡA, cryptotanshinone, dihydrotanshinone, hydrotanshinone, tanshinoneⅡB, przewaquinone B, oleanolic acid, β sitosterol on the basis of physicochemical constants and spectral evidences. In the meantime, HPLC was used for determining the contents of four tanshinone compounds.
