摘要
甘肃丹参鉴定为唇形科鼠尾草属植物甘西鼠尾草（ＳａｌｖｉａｐｒｚｅｗａｌｓｋｉＭａｘｉｍ）．从干燥根乙醇提取物中分得９个化合物，经波谱分析和理化常数测定确定其结构为丹参酮Ｉ，丹参酮ⅡＡ，隐丹参酮，二氢丹参酮，羟基丹参酮，丹参酮ⅡＢ，紫丹参酮乙素，齐墩果酸和β－谷甾醇．
Nine compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the roots Salvia przewallskii maxim and identified as tanshinoneⅠ, tanshinoneⅡA, cryptotanshinone, dihydrotanshinone, hydrotanshinone, tanshinoneⅡB, przewaquinone B, oleanolic acid, β sitosterol on the basis of physicochemical constants and spectral evidences. In the meantime, HPLC was used for determining the contents of four tanshinone compounds.
