摘要
以4-(2-苯并噻唑偶氮)间苯二酚为柱前衍生试剂,以含8 m mol·L^(-1)的四丁基溴化铵和20 m mol·L^(-1) pH 5.3的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液的甲醇-水(52:48,V/V)为流动相,于 C_8柱上,25min 内,反相高效液相色谱分离测定了 Rh(Ⅲ),Ru(Ⅲ)和 Os(Ⅲ),检测波长560 nm,工作曲线范围分别是0.04~0.50,0.04~0.50和0.11~0.50 mg·L^(-1),当信噪比为2时,检出限分别为0.075,0.084和2.20 ng.
4-(2-Benzothiazolylazo)resorcinol(BTAR) was used as a pre-column chelating agent. The BTAR chelates of Ru(Ⅲ),Rh(Ⅲ)and Os(Ⅷ) were eluted within 25rain with mobile phase of methanol-water (52:48) containing 8 m mol·L^(-1) tetrabutylammonium bromide(TBABr) and 20 m mol·L^(-1) pH 5.30 HAc-NaAc buffer on a C_8 column.Ru,Rh and Os were separated and deter- mined by reversed-phase high performance liguid chromatography with spectrophotometric detection at 540 nm.The calibration graphs were linear for 0.04~0.50 mg·L^(-1) of Ru(Ⅲ)and Rh(Ⅲ),0.11 ~0.50 g·L^(-1) of Os(Ⅷ).The detection limits were 0.075,0.084 and 2.20 ng when S/N was 2 for Ru (Ⅲ),Rh(Ⅲ)and Os(Ⅷ) respectively.The proposed method was applied to the determination of added Ru,Rh and Os in palladium catalyst sample.
