摘要
目的观察复方丹参注射液对缺血再灌注鼠视网膜的影响。方法应用前房灌注液体升高眼压的方法建立大鼠RIR模型,并随机分为防护组和对照组,防护组大鼠损伤前30min静脉注射复方丹参0.05ml,对照组静脉注射生理盐水0.05ml,两组均缺血90min后,分别在恢复灌注30min、24h和72h后进行检测视网膜组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量,并进行视网膜透射电子显微镜和光学显微镜的组织学观察。结果再灌注30min、24h、72h后防护组与对照组相比,防护组视网膜中MDA含量均低于对照组(P<0.01),病理损害明显减轻。结论复方丹参对大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤有防护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of compound injection salvia miltiorrhiza in retinal ischemia reperfusion(RIR). Methods To increase the intraocular pressure and infuse anterior chambers with liquid so as to induce the models of retinal ischemia reperfusion of rats,which were then randomly divided into defence group and control group. A vein injection of compound injection salvia miltiorrhiza was performed at a dose of 0. 05 ml at 30 min before retinal ischemia in the defence group and normal saline 0. 05 ml in the control group. 30 minutes,24 hours and 72 hours after ischemia reperfusion,the content of malandialdehyde (MDA) in rat retinas were measured and histopathologic changes were observed with transmission electron microscopy and light microscopy. Results 30 minutes, 24 hours and 72 hours after ischemia reperfusion,the content of MDA in rat retinas in defence group was significantly less than that in control group(P〈0. 01). The hlstopathologic injury of retina in the control group was less than that in the defence group. Conclusion Injection of salvia miltiorrhiza composite is an effective protection method for retinal ischemia reperfusion induced retinopathy.
