摘要
通过调查问卷法和文献法,从技术和训练方法上分析了女子撑竿跳高运动员容易患腰部损伤的原因,旨在延长运动员寿命,保证运动员的身体健康,为运动员的日常训练提供参考。
Tharough questionnaires and documents,this article analyzes the reason why women pole vaulters are easy to get their waists in jured from training techniques and methods, which is to prolong the athletes' athletic life, keep their bodies healthy and provide reference for their daily training.
