散打运动中常见损伤及预防的研究 被引量:7

Study on Common Injury and Prevention in Martial Arts Game

摘要 随着散打竞赛的不断发展,对散打运动中常见损伤的类型、部位、致伤因素和预防措施的研究也越来越重要。通过问卷星在线平台对国内十余省市运动员、教练员和裁判员进行调查。研究发现:常见的损伤类型有:扭伤、组织拉伤、撞击伤和劳损,受伤部位有脚踝、脚背,不同训练阶段运动员易受伤部位也有所不同。在训练中重视准备活动预防损伤发生,在提高技战术时也要注重身体素质的全面提升,让运动员树立相互保护的意识。 With the continuous development of martial arts competition,it is more and more important to study the types,positions,injury factors and preventive measures of common injuries in this game.Through the online platform of questionnaire star,this paper investigates the athletes,coaches and referees of more than ten provinces and cities in China.It is found that the common types of injuries include sprain,tissue strain,impact injury and strain,and the injured parts are ankle and instep.The vulnerable parts of athletes at different training stages are also different.In exercise training,we should pay attention to the preparation activities to prevent the occurrence of injury,and also pay attention to the overall improvement of physical quality when we improve the techniques and tactics,so that the athletes can establish the awareness of mutual protection.
